Role Overview:
The Program Director serves as the lead coordinator and strategic guide for the Senior Fraud Fighters initiative—a creative outreach program using puppetry to educate seniors about fraud prevention. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership, public speaking, and organizational skills.
Over a six-week rollout, the Director oversees team alignment, community engagement, logistics, and evaluation. They facilitate internal briefings, represent the program at forums, finalize tour schedules, and lead debrief and planning sessions. The Director ensures smooth handoffs between team members and documents outcomes to inform future programming.

Week 1: Sept 9–15 – Team Alignment
- Conduct internal team briefing
- Clarify roles and responsibilities

- Present at local clubs or forums
- Distribute flyers and promotional materials
