Role Overview:
The Partnerships Lead is responsible for building and maintaining relationships that support the Senior Fraud Fighters program—a creative initiative using puppetry to raise awareness about fraud prevention among older adults. This role is ideal for someone with experience in sponsorship outreach, nonprofit development, or community engagement.
Over a six-week rollout, the Partnerships Lead identifies potential sponsors, shares sponsorship kits, secures letters of support, and ensures partner visibility across all promotional materials. They also coordinate with the Program Director to prepare reports and plan future partnership strategies.
📅 Six-Week Schedule & Duties
Week 1: Sept 9–15 – Sponsor Outreach
- Email 15–20 potential sponsors with sponsorship kit
Estimated Hours: 4–6
Week 2: Sept 16–22 – Support Building
- Secure 3–5 letters of support
- Follow up with sponsors to confirm commitments

Week 3: Sept 23–29 – Visibility
- Provide partner quotes for media outreach
- Confirm sponsor visibility in press/blog materials

Week 4: Sept 30–Oct 6 – Final Prep
- Ensure sponsor logos are included in final materials
- Coordinate thank-you messaging
- Prepare final sponsor report

Week 5: Oct 7–13 – Post-Event
- Send personalized thank-you emails
- Share event photos and impact summary
- Confirm sponsor visibility in post-event materials
- Begin outreach for next cycle

- Draft partnership report
- Identify new organizations to approach
