Freyja’s Pub is where every journey with Tau Wellness begins. Before you’re a student of anything, you’re a guest at the table — introduce yourself, meet your neighbours, and find your bearings in the wider community. It’s a low-stakes, high-warmth space: no prerequisite, no assigned role, just conversation and the everyday abundance of being known by name. Long-time members gather here too, so newcomers step into a room that’s already alive.
