Hypnosis is not a cure,
it is a way to learn to be better

Tell me one thing you would like to change today.

Hypnosis is more like yoga than sleep

  • Hypnosis can create change when nothing else works
  • This commitment is more like learning yoga, than learning to relax
  • While it is best learned through relaxation, it requires focus and intention.
  • It is as simple as falling asleep and as complicated as understanding how the brain works.
  • The best results happen when the hypnotist and recipient work together not on each other
  • Our Ten Days, Ten Minutes, Ten Bucks will help you understand how hypnosis works and how it can improve your life.
  • Or book an appointment today and we will take care of everything.

Hypnosis in the age of connectivity

  • Whatever your goals with hypnotherapy, the best start is to learn more about it.
  • The internet makes it seem like information is free, but attention is the cost.
  • This has led to a lot of online information of questionable value, so curation is important.
  • Our Ten Days, Ten Minutes, Ten Bucks starter kit provides the information you need for effective hypnotherapy
  • Or book an appointment today and meet your concierge to a better life

Hypnotherapist or Hypnotic Operator?

  • Dave Elman said Hypnotherapists are better called Hypnotic Operators.
  • A Hypnotic Operator is more like a Yoga coach than a therapist.
  • We guide you in how to do your work.
  • You not only solve your current issue, but you also gain resources to deal with the next one.
  • You gain the satisfaction of solving the problem as well as having the problem solved.
  • Our Ten Days, Ten Minutes, Ten Bucks gives you everything you need to do it yourself.
  • Or book an appointment today and let us do the heavy lifting.

Hypnosis has been found effective in:

All Hypnosis is Self-Hypnosis - Or is It?

  • The best hypnosis session is one you are ready for
  • Ongoing self-hypnosis reinforces the learning from other sessions.

  • Group hypnosis can be even deeper than one-on-one
  • An effective process includes all three, group, partner, and self-hypnosis
  • Our Ten Days, Ten Minutes, Ten Bucks includes a personal plan for all three
  • Or book an appointment today and we will personalize your plan.

What might the edge of human experience look like?

There are many different sights to see at the edge of all things. Truly, it is all about beliefs, so the question is: What are your beliefs? While you ponder that for a moment, let us tell you some of ours.

We believe that Hypnosis - "a principle-based set of skills to manage trance" is something that humans have been doing since time immemorial and practiced by shaman of many cultures. It came to studied as part of the medical arts in the mid-18th century, it was added to the study of psychology in the late 19th century, and more recently, measured as specific brain activities in the late 20th century. Our practice of this "skillset" uses lessons learned from all of these.

  • From the shaman, we incorporate the use of setting and ceremony to enhance your experience
  • From the medical arts, we incorporate the use of rapid hypnosis to increase effectiveness for you
  • From psychology, we incorporate the theory of the Collective Unconscious to deepen your experience
  • From modern brain scans, we incorporate techniques that are evidenced based to be beneficial

Let us get you pointed in the right direction

There are many reasons why any of us get drawn to the art and practice of Hypnosis, and once we do, it helps to know what to look for.

My first career was in construction and in my thirties, there was a fatality on a jobsite.

At the time I didn't realize the extent of the trauma I experienced as a result. In the year that followed, I started smoking again. (in secret) Something I hadn't done in over a decade. My first hypnotherapist helped me to release the stress from the incident which in turn eliminated the trigger to self-medicate by smoking.

Perhaps you are coping with an overall load and level of stress that makes you susceptible to your triggers?

Whatever your interest or intention, whether resolving an issue, improving your personal coping skills, or training to help others resolve issues and acquire personal resources, our Ten Days, Ten Minutes, Ten Bucks will provide everything necessary to chart your own course.

Or make an appointment today and we will be your personal guide throughout.

Ancestors Trance Camp

Carl Jung named the threads in the fabric of consciousness

One of these threads is named the 'Collective Unconscious'
A name used in many different ways today.

Carl Jung describes it as such.

".... just as the human body shows a common anatomy over and above all racial differences, so, too, the psyche possesses a common substratum transcending all differences in culture and consciousness.
I have called this substratum the collective unconscious.
This unconscious psyche, common to all mankind, does not consist merely of contents capable of becoming conscious, but of latent dispositions towards certain identical reactions."

Carl Jung, 1907

Hypnosis provides a key to the Collective Unconscious

We call using this key - Ancestors Trance Camp
Let us show you what it can unlock for you.

Our personal unconscious is where we create and maintain our beliefs, which in turn affects our behaviours. Our personal unconscious sits on the foundation of the Collective Unconscious, which we all share, each of us with our personal version.

Hypnosis can improve the communication between our Conscious and our Personal Unconscious parts of ourselves.
Deeper states of trance can improve communication between our Personal Unconscious and the Collective Unconscious thus improving our Conscious mind's ability to gain access to the infinite resources available through the Collective Unconscious.

Did you ever want to be Cleopatra?

Experiencing the world through the eyes of another, living or dead, famous or familiar, is just the start of exploring the real of the Collective Unconscious using deep trance in a group setting.

Authenticity
We may be crazy, but we came by it in an honest way.

We work hard to walk our talk, but like every other human, we fail at times.

Acceptance
Knowing and accepting our own limits.

Better informs us to accept everyone else's.

Acknowledgement
Sometimes people just need to tell their story.

But what matters in the end is whether or not you want to tell a better one to yourself.
