This 10 hr. course is intended to meet Canadian Reiki Association (CRA) standards for Level One Reiki Training. The course provides 4 hours of instruction, training manual, ongoing access to Tau school resources, and 6 hours of Reiki practice that contribute to your CRA registration requirements as a Practitioner. The course includes a simple lunch.

Evening Before

Day One
9:30 – Doors Open
10:00 – Opening Circle
10:30 – History of Reiki
11:30 – 1:00 – Level One 1st Initiation (attunement) – lunch
1:00 – 2:00 – Reiki Practice Session One
2:00 – 3:00 – Reiki Practice Session Two
3:00 – 4:00 – Reiki Practice Session Three
Day Two

10:30 – The Gokai, the Five Principles of Reiki
11:30 – 1:00 – Level One 2nd Initiation – lunch
