Tau Renshū 練習 Reiki

Tau Reiki shares or 練習 Renshū Reiki (practice) are open to any First Level practitioner or student from any Reiki school.

Sessions follow this format:

Gokai
We open each session in the traditional manner by reciting the Gokai together.

Kyōka suru – Strengthening Reiki (20 minutes)
This 20 minute gathering exercise combines hands, eyes, and breath.
Gandr (wands) are available for students without a personal Gathering Wand.

Followed by:
Renshū  – Reiki practice /shares (1 hour) 
For Renshū  we practice Chiryō no wakagaeri 治療の若返り (Rejuvenation treatment)
This is a 20-minute treatment with a minimum of 3 practitioners using a specific set of hand positions in conjunction with Gyoushi Ho.
We intend to complete 3 sessions each practice.
