Psychological Reiki – Mizu 水 (Water) — Study and evidence submission

Submit a symbolic-meaning study note, an emotional-support boundary scenario and a proposed reflective routine with a sample fictional log. Include a referral decision and supervisor feedback.

Submit one versioned document, plus a private supervisor observation when required. Put the course code, version and date in the filename. Written, spoken or accessible equivalent evidence is welcome when agreed in advance, and is assessed against the same criteria.

Include in your document

  • Course code (CWW-12), your name, version and date
  • Your answers to the study questions in each lesson, with examples
  • The evidence for each practice activity in the three units
  • Your supervisor’s observation and time log where required
  • What you revised after feedback, and any questions for your Shihan

What your Shihan looks for

In this course:

  • Keeps symbolic interpretation separate from diagnosis
  • Responds to distress without promising trauma treatment
  • Uses voluntary reflection and appropriate referral

In every course:

  • Consent and choice: Explains the activity and the alternatives, checks agreement, and respects stopping or refusal.
  • Scope and referral: Recognizes limits, avoids diagnosis or guarantees, and seeks supervision or referral when appropriate.
  • Communication: Listens accurately, checks assumptions and adapts language respectfully.
  • Preparation and delivery: Follows the approved plan and responds well when circumstances change.
  • Documentation and privacy: Records relevant facts accurately, with no unnecessary identifying details.
  • Reflection and revision: Uses feedback to identify and demonstrate a concrete improvement.

You complete this course when every criterion is met and your Shihan has confirmed any Shihan-led practice, hours or Reiju requirements. Submitting work does not by itself complete the course.

Privacy

Use fictional cases or anonymized learning observations. Do not upload identifying client health information or recordings of other people. A supervisor may provide a private observation record instead.

If your Shihan asks for more work, revise your evidence and resubmit here, keeping the version and date clear. Ask the administrator for an accessible submission option if you need one.
